AmTrust can only be activated on the Bold Penguin Terminal if an agency is currently directly appointed with AmTrust. Sub-appointments through Bold Penguin are not available at this time.
Step 1. Log into your Bold Penguin Terminal account.
Step 2. In the top left corner, click on the drop-down menu and select Appointments:
Step 3. On the AmTrust carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.
Step 4. You will be prompted to enter the Username and Password used to log into AmTrust's Agent Portal.
Step 5. Once you have entered your login information, select Connect.
You're all done!
