You can download ACORD forms for any application submitted through Terminal.
Navigate to the Quote Presentation Page
At the end of the application workflow, go to the Quote Presentation page.Download the ACORD Form
From this page, you’ll see an option to download the corresponding ACORD forms.Pre-Populated Information
Most details entered in the application will automatically populate the ACORD form to save time and reduce errors.
Note: Sensitive information, such as FEIN or SSN, will not be pre-filled for security reasons.
