Commission Payment Method
Your wholesale commission payments will be directly deposited into the banking account you specified during the sign-up process.
If you need to update your ACH direct deposit information at any time, simply go to your Commissions dashboard. You can then update your ACH direct deposit information under the Commission Payout Method section:
Commission Payment Schedule
Commissions are processed at the end of the month for the previous month’s activity. For example, any policies bound and effective in January will be paid out at the end of February.

Accessing Commission Information
You can access your commission details through the following methods:
1. Email Notifications
A commission statement summarizing the prior month’s activity is emailed to you. Ensure you check your inbox for updates.
2. Terminal Dashboard
Log in to the Bold Penguin Terminal and navigate to Insights → Commissions report to view detailed commission information.
If you have Principal (admin) user permissions, you can also check the Commissions Dashboard for an overview of commission rates and other relevant details.
