How to activate Utica First in the Bold Penguin Terminal

Step 1. Log into your Bold Penguin Terminal account.

Step 2. In the top left corner, click on the drop-down menu and select Appointments:

Step 3. On the Utica First carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.

Step 4a. If you currently have an appointment with Utica First, select "Direct appointment" as the Appointment type. You will be prompted to enter your 8-digit Utica First Agency Partner Code. If necessary, add preceding zeros to ensure it is 8 digits long.

Step 4b. If you are requesting a sub-appointment with Utica First* through Bold Penguin, select "Request through Bold Penguin" as the Appointment type, and then select REQUEST.

*Please note the sub-appointment approval process and requirements for a Utica First sub-appointment.

You're all done!

You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use in the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will be toggled purple.
