Step 1. Log into your Bold Penguin Terminal account.
Step 2. In the top left corner, click on the drop-down menu and select Appointments:
Step 3. On the Berkley Management Protection carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.
Step 4a. If you currently have an appointment with Berkley MP, select "Direct appointment" as the Appointment type. You will be prompted to enter your assigned Berkley MP agency ID and the licensed producer email. Once complete, select CONFIRM.
Step 4b. If you are requesting a sub-appointment with Berkley MP through Bold Penguin, select "Request through Bold Penguin" as the Appointment type, and then select REQUEST.
You're all done!
You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use in the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will also be toggled purple.
