Step 1. Log into your Bold Penguin Terminal account.
Step 2. In the top left corner, click on the drop-down menu and select Appointments:
Step 3a. If you currently have an appointment with Berkley MP, you will select Connect. You will be prompted to enter your assigned Berkley MP agency ID (generally 4 numbers) and the licensed producer's email. Once complete, select CONFIRM.
Step 3b. If you are requesting a sub-appointment with Berkley MP through Bold Penguin, select Request next on the Berkley MP carrier card listed under Available sub-appointments.
You're all done!
You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use in the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will also be toggled purple.
