CHUBB can only be activated on the Bold Penguin Terminal if an agency is currently appointed with CHUBB. Sub-appointments are not available at this time.
Step 1. Login to your Bold Penguin Terminal account.
Step 2. In the top-left corner, click on the dropdown menu and select Appointments:
Step 3. On the CHUBB carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.
Step 4. You will be prompted to enter your 6-digit CHUBB Producer Code. It may have preceding zeros (ex: 012AB3).
To locate your Producer Code, log in to the Chubb Portal and select My Profile from the drop-down menu in the top right corner.
On the My Profile page, scroll down to the Primary Producer section.
Step 5. Once you have entered your Producer Code into the Terminal, select CONFIRM.
You're all done!
You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use on the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will also be toggled purple.
