Arch can only be activated on the Bold Penguin Terminal if an agency is currently appointed with Arch. Sub-appointments are not available at this time.
Step 1. Log into your Bold Penguin Terminal account.
Step 2. In the top left corner, click on the drop-down menu and select Appointments:
Step 3. On the Arch carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.
Step 4. You will be prompted to enter your Arch Producer Code. Once you have entered your login information, select CONFIRM.
You're all done!
You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use in the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will also be toggled purple.
