Market access appointment information

  • Timeline: 1-2 business days

  • Processing: Begins only after Bold Penguin compliance review is approved.

  • Appointing States: Available to agencies domiciled in all 50 U.S. states.

Direct appointment activation

Directly appointed agencies will need to provide their appointment token to activate the direct appointment in the Terminal. Your appointment token can be found in the Rainbow agent portal under “Settings”.
