The email address used for ERGO NEXT portal access registration must match the one you use to log into the Bold Penguin Terminal.
If you would like to update the email address used on the ERGO NEXT portal, please contact the ERGO NEXT Agency Service Team by phone: (855)-222-5919 (press 5 when prompted) or email Appointments@nextinsurance.com.
The agency admin/principal must add additional users within the ERGO NEXT Insurance portal.
Simply log in to the ERGO NEXT portal and navigate to "Add and manage users" from the account drop-down menu in the top right corner.
