  • Timeline: Expedited activation to quote; 48 hrs approval to bind.

  • Processing: Begins only after Bold Penguin compliance review is approved.

  • Appointing States: Available to agencies domiciled in all 50 U.S. states.

Portal access and user setup:

  • Each user must have their own Coterie portal login (not shared).

  • The agent who originally signed up for the Bold Penguin Terminal and requested a sub-appointment with Coterie through Bold Penguin is automatically set up as the agency's Agency Owner user, meaning they are granted access to add more users in the portal. Additional instructions can be found on Coterie's website here.

  • If you are having trouble logging in, click the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. This will send you an email to reset your password.
