Why can I not see my previous biBerk policies in BSP (biBerk Service Portal)?

biBerk subcodes:

biBerk does not allow agencies to hold two subcodes with different wholesalers. BSP also cannot display or manage policies associated with a different wholesaler’s subcode.
→ If you have existing policies through another biBerk wholesaler, they will not appear in BSP under your new subcode. To manage those policies, you’ll need to contact biBerk directly via the phone or email listed below.

Book of business transfers:

biBerk does not permit policy BORs (Broker of Record changes).
→ If you wish to move a policy to your current subcode, the existing policy must be canceled and rewritten under the new subcode.
