Cancelling your Bold Penguin Terminal

If the Bold Penguin Terminal is not adding value to your agency, please let us know! We are always looking for feedback to improve the Terminal and help our agents achieve greater success.

If you wish to cancel your Bold Penguin Terminal subscription, you can do so by navigating to your Billing Dashboard in the Bold Penguin Terminal and selecting Cancel subscription.

Please note that you must cancel your subscription before your next renewal date to prevent it from renewing for an additional term.

If you have sub-appointments with us, please also make sure you review the Producer Agreement, Sections 3 and 7.

Your sub-appointments through Bold Penguin will also be canceled by canceling your Bold Penguin Terminal. However, policies in place at the time of cancellation that were bound through sub-appointments will remain in place until they are canceled. Agents will continue to be paid commissions for the life of the policies.

Policies bound through a Bold Penguin sub-appointment must be serviced by the agent working through the carrier’s service team.
