Your Bold Penguin Terminal subscription will remain active until canceled. Once canceled, your access to Terminal and any associated market access appointments through Bold Penguin will also be canceled.
Policies that were bound through Bold Penguin market access appointments prior to cancellation will remain in force until they are canceled or expire. Agents will continue to receive commissions for the life of those policies. For additional information, please refer to the "Ownership of Sub-Appointed Expirations" section of the Producer Agreement.
Policies bound through a Bold Penguin market access appointment must continue to be serviced directly with the carrier’s service team.
