Pie Insurance can only be activated in the Bold Penguin Terminal if an agency is currently appointed with Pie. Sub-appointments are not available at this time.
Step 1. Log into your Bold Penguin Terminal account.
Step 2. In the top left corner, click on the drop-down menu and select Appointments:
Step 3. On the Pie carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.
Step 4. You will be prompted to enter your Pie Agency Code. Click CONFIRM to activate your direct appointment.
Step 5. Please note that Pie will need to whitelist your Agency Code before you will be able to begin quoting, and this process may take 1-2 business days. No additional action is needed from you.
You're all done!
You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use in the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will be toggled purple.
