PIE can only be activated on the Bold Penguin Terminal if an agency is currently appointed with PIE. Sub-appointments are not available at this time.
Step 1. Login to your Bold Penguin Terminal account.
Step 2. In the top-left corner, click on the dropdown menu and select Appointments:
Step 3. On the PIE carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.
Step 4. You will be prompted to enter your PIE Agency Code. Click Confirm to activate your direct appointment.
Step 5. PIE will need to whitelist your Agency Code before you will be able to begin quoting PIE on your Agent Terminal. No additional action is needed from you, but please note that this process may take 1-2 business days.
You're all done!
You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use on the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will also be toggled purple.
