How to activate Westfield in the Bold Penguin Terminal

Step 1. Log into your Bold Penguin Terminal account.

Step 2. In the top left corner, click on the drop-down menu and select Appointments:

Step 3. Westfield can be activated on the Bold Penguin Terminal if you are currently appointed with Westfield. Simply navigate to the Available direct appointments section of the Appointments dashboard, and select Connect next to the Westfield carrier card. You will be prompted to enter your Westfield Contract Number. This should be six (6) digits and may have preceding zeros, e.g., 012345. Once complete, select CONFIRM.

You can find your Westfield Contract Number (Agency Code) on the Westfield Small Business Platform under your Agency Information. It can also be located on the Agency Web Passport (AWP) under Policy Search.

Select Connect once more, and you're all done!
