Who handles policy servicing for policies placed through sub-appointments?

Insureds, or agents on behalf of their insureds, will service policies placed through a Bold Penguin sub-appointment directly with the carrier. Bold Penguin is not involved in policy servicing.

Servicing may include, but is not limited to, policy changes, renewals, billing, premium collection, and claims handling. As the agent, you must comply with any specific customer service or notification procedures that the carrier may require.
