The business you write through a Bold Penguin sub-appointment will be serviced directly by the carrier (not Bold Penguin). Servicing may include, but is not limited to, policy changes, renewals, billing, premium collection, and claims handling. As the agent, however, you control all expirations and renewals and must comply with any specific customer service or notification procedures that the carrier may require.
