If ERGO NEXT does not recognize you as being licensed in a certain state, you will receive the quote error message: "Agent is not allowed in state."
However, if another producer with your agency is licensed in that state, then ERGO NEXT allows you to quote on behalf of another agent.
How to quote on behalf of another agent with ERGO NEXT:
1. Log in to the ERGO NEXT Portal with your email address.
2. Click the drop-down where it says "Quoting as" and click "Quote as another agent."
3. Select an agent by "Quoting state" or "Agent name."
4. Once an agent is chosen, click "Confirm" and click "New Quote" to get started.
