I entered a risk into the Terminal and got an "out-of-appetite" message, but was able to quote it on the carrier's portal. Why?

Not all carrier appetites can be directly integrated for quoting in the Terminal. Some risks may require additional underwriter attention, and each carrier's integrated appetite differs. Specific risks, like Lessor's Risk Only (LRO) risks, are not fully integrated for quoting in the Terminal for some carriers.

If you receive an "out-of-appetite" message in the Terminal, but you believe the carrier does have appetite, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly to confirm.
