How can I find the status of my biBerk commercial auto submission?

You will receive a response to your submission within 48 business hours. However, our Placement Desk team is working to return responses and quote proposals as quickly as possible.

If 48 business hours pass and you have not received a response, please contact the Placement Desk at (614) 368-7400 or email placement.desk@boldpenguin.com.

IMPORTANT: You must contact the Placement Desk to officially submit a commercial auto risk. Selecting commercial auto as an additional coverage during quoting does not automatically send the submission to our Placement Desk. You must email or call the Placement Desk directly.
