Direct appointment considerations:
Agencies may request a direct appointment with Pie if they meet minimum production requirements:
Workers’ Compensation: $50,000 annual bound premium and 5 monthly submissions.
Commercial Auto: $50,000 annual bound premium and 3 monthly submissions.
