Market access appointment information
Timeline: 7-14 business days.
Processing: Begins only after Bold Penguin compliance review is approved.
Appointing States: Available to agencies domiciled in all 50 U.S. states.
Eligibility:
biBERk does not accept shared email addresses. Each BSP user must have a unique email address for sub-appointment activation.
All agents interested in quoting with biBERK must attend a training on biBERK's Service Portal (BSP) within 30 days of sub-appointment activation. βREGISTER HERE.

Portal access and user setup:
Individuals must each have their own login to biBerk's BSP portal.
To request additional BSP logins for your biBerk sub-appointment, please contact support@boldpenguin.com.
Bold Penguin will request the additional logins on your behalf and coordinate with biBerk. Once complete, the new user(s) will receive an email invitation directly from biBerk, prompting them to sign in via Microsoft Authentication.
Placement Desk information
biBerk can be accessed through the Bold Penguin Placement Desk by completing an application in the Bold Penguin Terminal and Requesting Placement, or by contacting the Placement Desk directly.
Note: Placement Desk is available exclusively to customers with a full-access (paid) Terminal subscription.

The security restrictions listed below apply to agent accounts used to access biBERK's Service Portal (BSP).
Logins are only allowed from U.S. locations
The use of anonymizer proxies or similar services is not allowed, as it can change your source IP address/location and can cause your account to be locked.
It is required that you have multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled on all of your accounts.
Accounts that have not been used in 6 months will be disabled.
biBERK reserves the right to disable accounts that are violating biBERK's security standards. Repeated violations or misrepresentation may result in permanent access removal for an agency or agent.
