Username: Always use the email address you used when you originally signed up for Bold Penguin.
Password: This is the password you created during the "Activation" step.

Account Setup Tasks: Found in your home dashboard in the Terminal:
Add Carriers: Activate and/or request carrier appointments to expand your market access.
Compliance Questions: Submit the Compliance Questionnaire to be reviewed by Bold Penguin’s compliance team.
Agency Documents: Upload the necessary documents needed for quote and bind functionality.
Commission Payout Setup: Link your bank via Plaid or email ACH@boldpenguin.com for an ACH DocuSign.
