Step 1

Log in to NowCerts.

Step 2

Find a Customer under Insureds, select the Quotes/Opportunities drop down and click Applications under Quotes/Submissions.

Step 3

On the Quote Applications section, hover over Add New and scroll to the bottom to select Bold Penguin.

Step 4

This will load a new Create New Quote Application screen. Confirm the data in each field, and enter any missing information. Once confirmed, click Save Changes.

Step 5

Back on the Quote Applications screen, find the quote application and hover over the Process Data button and select Bold Penguin.

Step 6

A new tab will open to login into the Bold Penguin Terminal.

Step 7

Once logged in, wait for the form to be created.

Step 8

The application will be opened in the Bold Penguin Terminal. To view the prefilled data from NowCerts, use the navigation pane on the left-hand side to choose a question set.

Step 9

View the information sent over from NowCerts to confirm. Prefilled from NowCerts will appear in the fields that are bridged over via One-Click Integration. Continue the application.
