CNA is no longer available for new Market Access appointments through Bold Penguin. Agencies can access CNA via the Placement Desk.

  • To request additional CNA Central user logins for your CNA market access appointment, please contact support@boldpenguin.com.

    • Bold Penguin will add the additional users on your behalf. Once complete, the new user(s) will receive an email invitation to log into CNA Central and update their password.

    • Individuals must each have their own login to CNA Central.
