Navigate to your Carrier Appointments dashboard to activate your direct appointments integrated on the Bold Penguin Terminal.
Activating your direct appointments
To activate a direct appointment, simply find the respective carrier on the list of Available direct appointments and select CONNECT.
Then, simply add the producer code/credentials, as prompted.
Once you have successfully activated your direct appointment, you will receive a confirmation email.
The carrier will also show as ACTIVE under your Active appointments on your Carrier Appointments dashboard.
Note: Several direct appointment activations take an additional step by the Customer Success team. For instance, CNA, Markel, and others require Customer Success to notify these carriers for activation. In these instances, the carrier card will show a status of "Pending."
Once the direct appointment activation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
