Sub-appointment information:

Sub-appointment timeline: Up to 24 hrs.

Sub-appointment processing does not begin until your Bold Penguin compliance review has been approved.

Appointing states and requirements: Available to agencies domiciled in all 50 U.S. states.

Please be advised that sub-appointment requirements are determined solely by the carrier and are subject to change without prior notice. Exceptions to these requirements will not be considered unless explicitly stated. Additionally, approval for sub-appointments is entirely at the discretion of the carrier.

Make sure your emails match!

The email used for NEXT portal access registration must match what you use to log into the Bold Penguin Terminal. If you would like to update the email address used on the NEXT portal, please contact the NEXT AST by phone: (855)-222-5919 (press 5 when prompted) or email: agents@nextinsurance.com.

Need to add an additional user on NEXT's portal?

Simply log into the NEXT portal and navigate to "Add and manage users" from the account drop-down menu in the top right corner.
