The email address used for NEXT portal access registration must match the one you use to log into the Bold Penguin Terminal.
If you would like to update the email address used on the NEXT portal, please contact the NEXT AST by phone: (855)-222-5919 (press 5 when prompted) or email agents@nextinsurance.com.
The agency admin/principal must add additional users within the NEXT Insurance portal.
Simply log in to the NEXT portal and navigate to "Add and manage users" from the account drop-down menu in the top right corner.
