Step 1. Log in to your Bold Penguin Terminal account.
Step 2. In the top left corner, click on the drop-down menu and select Appointments:
Step 3. On the Travelers carrier card, click CONNECT.
Step 4. You will be prompted to enter your 6-digit alphanumeric Travelers Producer Code. If necessary, add preceding zeros to ensure it is 6 digits long.
You can find your producer code on Travelers' Agent Portal, as shown below. In this example, the user will enter “0XL023” as their producer code.
Step 5. Once you have entered your Producer Code into the Terminal, select CONNECT once more.
You're all done!
You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use in the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will appear under your Active appointments.
