Travelers can only be activated in the Bold Penguin Terminal if an agency is currently appointed with Travelers. Sub-appointments are not available at this time.
Step 1. Log into your Bold Penguin Terminal account.
Step 2. In the top left corner, click on the drop-down menu and select Appointments:
Step 3. On the Travelers carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.
Step 4. You will be prompted to enter your 6-digit alphanumeric Travelers Producer Code. If necessary, add preceding zeros to ensure it is 6 digits long.
You can find your producer code on Travelers' Agent Portal, as shown below. In this example, the user will enter “0XL023” as their producer code.
Step 5. Once you have entered your Producer Code into the Terminal, select CONFIRM.
You're all done!
You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use in the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will be toggled purple.
