*Only the agency's Administrative User may add additional users within the Attune portal.
The agent who originally signed up for the Bold Penguin Terminal and requested a sub-appointment with Attune through Bold Penguin is automatically set up as the agency's administrative user, meaning they are granted access to add more users in the portal.
Each user must have their own Attune portal login (not shared).
