How do I add users to quote in Coterie's portal?

Each user must have their own Coterie portal login (not shared).

The agent who originally signed up for the Bold Penguin Terminal and requested a sub-appointment with Coterie through Bold Penguin is automatically set up as the agency's Agency Owner user, meaning they are granted access to add more users in the portal.
