*The agent who originally signed up for the Bold Penguin Terminal and requested a sub-appointment with NEXT through Bold Penguin is automatically set up as the agency's admin user, meaning they are granted access to add more users in the portal.

Adding additional users to the NEXT Insurance portal:

The agent should log into their NEXT portal to ensure all of their Terminal users are set up as a NEXT user. This can easily be done by selecting ‘Add and manage users’ from their account dropdown in the top right corner of the NEXT portal.

Make sure your emails match:
