The Bold Penguin Terminal integrates with both admitted and non-admitted (Excess and Surplus lines) carriers and partners.
To view our Carrier Panel, navigate to the Carrier Appointments tab (under Terminal Configuration) on your Terminal Menu dropdown:
Please note that not all carriers will be available to all Terminal users.
*If you signed up for a new Bold Penguin Terminal on or after June 1, 2026, or if you are using a Carrier Referral Terminal, the direct-appointment activation flow is not currently available on your Terminal.
