Using direct appointments and requesting market access appointments

If you have a direct appointment with an integrated carrier, you can activate it on your Terminal to quote with that carrier.

Bold Penguin also partners with several carriers that offer market access appointments.

To request a market access appointment through Bold Penguin:

  • Select the dropdown Menu.

  • Navigate to the Terminal Configuration dropdown arrow, and then select Carrier Appointments.

  • Request a sub-appointment by toggling the button and selecting “Request through Bold Penguin.”

IMPORTANT: You must complete your Required Account Setup Tasks before we can begin processing your market access appointment requests.

Carrier market access appointment activations can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on the carriers' responsiveness. Once your appointment is activated, you will receive a confirmation email from both the carrier and Bold Penguin.
