A Hiscox account does not need to be created until an agency's initial bridge to the Hiscox portal from the Bold Penguin Terminal. Once Hiscox is activated on your Bold Penguin Terminal, you can immediately begin quoting with Hiscox.
Step 1: Visit https://www.hiscox.com/partner-agent/boldpenguin
This is the page you are taken to upon your first bridge to the Hiscox portal from the Bold Penguin Terminal's quote presentation page.
Step 2: Select Create a Hiscox account
Step 3: Input your information:
For the "Agency Code" or "Agent ID" field, use your email address associated with your Hiscox account.
Step 4: Select Create account to complete the process.
